Our Turn -Around- Time (TAT)
At EyeCandy Custom Creations, we are committed to providing efficient and transparent service. Our turnaround time (TAT) is designed to ensure you receive top-quality products without unnecessary delays. Our standard TAT is 3-5 business days (please check our website header for the Current TAT, as it may vary depending on our workload or vacations).
Please note: Apparel orders require me to order DTF prints through PNW Print company which has a 1-3 business day TAT. For special order 3XL and larger please allow 5-7 business day TAT.

For instance, if you place an order at 3:00 PM on Monday, the 3-business day TAT commences at 3:00 PM on Thursday, with your order ready for shipping or pickup by 3:00 PM on the next business day. Please be aware that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days. We appreciate your understanding and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to provide you with exceptional EyeCandy products.
